Located in southern Bhutan, Manas National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the richest biodiversity hotspots in the Eastern Himalayas. Home to the Royal Bengal Tiger, Asian Elephant, Gaur, Golden Langur, Pygmy Hog, Hispid Hare, Ganges River Dolphin, Greater One-horned Rhinoceros, and Asiatic Wild Buffalo.

The park boasts 362 bird species including the rare Rufous-necked Hornbill, Wreathed Hornbill, Pied Hornbill, and Great Indian Hornbill. Many plants here have commercial, medicinal, and food value.
